Mark Colterjohn, LCSW is a psychotherapist practicing in the Flatiron District of Manhattan. He has over 20-years experience as a psychotherapist and is committed to providing you the highest level of care.  Mr. Colterjohn holds advanced degrees in Psychology and Clinical Social Work.

Mr. Colterjohn also holds post-graduate certifications in EMDR, Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Gestalt Therapy. He is on the faculty of Columbia University as an adjunct professor who supervises psychotherapy students.

Mr. Colterjohn sees clients struggling with a variety of mental health issues. This can range from more mild issues such as generalized anxiety to more significant issues such as major depression and addiction. The benefit of having worked for almost a quarter century in New York City is having had the opportunity to work with such a wide range of individuals. Mr. Colterjohn has developed particular expertise with Addiction, Disability, and chronic illness.  Some of the challenges that Mr. Colterjohn addresses include isolation and loneliness, physical discomfort, difficulties adapting to physical changes and limitations.
